Nicholas J. Catalano personally performs every NJCAT inspection and writes every NJCAT report. He has delivered 17 years of construction inspection experience since becoming a professional licensed inspector in 2009, supported by more than 30 years of construction and engineering experience.

Before launching NJCAT, Nicholas served as a Senior Operations Engineer with Johnson & Johnson. His hands-on technical background, in-depth understanding of construction, architectural drafting, Florida Building Code considerations, and property systems helps clients turn complicated conditions into clear next steps.

That perspective also supports new-construction review, project coordination, construction-defect investigation, permit and repair planning, and qualified litigation or attorney support within applicable qualifications. Whether the concern is a home, investment property, commercial building, renovation, or disputed condition, Nicholas brings a practical field-first approach to the work.
